Painting and Drawing Classes with The Art Class Bexley in Central London
The Art Class Bexley runs plein-air painting and drawing classes in central London and offers a range of art classes for adults, which provide comprehensive preparation and skills learning in all aspects of painting and drawing including black and white media, acrylics, watercolours, pastels and oil colour. Emphasis is on looking and studying paintings and drawings past and present.
- Sessions are in person for two hours, which can include group or one-to-one tuition
- Classes are for adults 18+
- A mix of drawing and painting from observation en plein air as well as drawing study visits to London museums and galleries
- Study the art of painting past and present, acquiring the core skills in drawing and painting

Learn in a Friendly Atmosphere
Students are tutored in a friendly, supportive and encouraging atmosphere that will enable them to acquire core skills and develop their confidence in producing artwork that demonstrates individual style and ability.
Tuition is from a professionally qualified practising artist of 30 years’ experience in painting and drawing.
Art Classes Throughout the Year
Classes run throughout the year (autumn, winter, spring and summer terms) with all-day workshops and summer schools during July & August. All courses include field trips and guided tours to museums and art galleries. There will also be opportunities to exhibit and access to our educational YouTube videos and our Facebook platform, which features the latest paintings by the students of The Art Class Bexley.
